How the Program Works
When you join the CI Student Staffing program, our qualified HR professionals handle all the recruiting and administrative tasks from gathering applications to interviewing, from orientation to payroll.
The Student Starts the Process:
Interested applicants must meet minimum criteria to be considered for internships through CI Student Staffing. They fill out an extensive application and submit it to CI. Based on the applications and interview process, our staff then matches interns with your needs to fill available positions.
We will also handle all the administrative tasks involved with payroll. All interns are considered temporary hourly employees of Columbia Industries.
